Legal Aid
The Legal Department at Amal Center provides specialized support aimed at protecting the rights of women and survivors of detention by offering free legal consultations in accordance with international, national, and Turkish laws, as well as drafting and submitting reports and referrals to the relevant authorities and specialists. The department also works on strengthening legal awareness among beneficiaries through training programs and workshops that enable them to understand and defend their rights. In addition, it documents violations and submits them to the concerned bodies locally and internationally. In doing so, the Legal Department contributes to empowering women to regain confidence and the ability to claim their rights, and to building a fairer and more equitable society.
